Good News
Hey All,
Just wanted to let you all know that I have been offered a job teaching fifth grade at Sand Lake Elementary in Holmen. I am super excited about being closer to home and being able to spend more time with Ellie. With my previous position in Black River Falls it was about an hour commute, and that meant leaving home around 6:20 a.m. At Sand Lake the teacher work day starts at 8 a.m. and the student day runs from 8:40 a.m. -3:40 p.m. This will allow me to drop Ellie off at daycare and pick her up!!!! It also means that Josh doesn't have to learn how to put her hair in pony or piggy tails (one of his biggest challenges to date) because I will be here to help get her ready in the a.m. I just found out today, so I haven't yet resigned from my current position, which I am not looking forward to doing, but know it is for the best. Hope this e-mail finds everyone doing well and we hope to see you all very soon!
